M/I Homes builds single-family houses, including both detached homes and attached townhouses, across a wide stretch of the country that takes in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee. It handles the full process under its own brand, from designing and developing homes through to marketing and selling them, and it serves a range of buyers such as first-time owners, younger households, people moving up to larger homes, retirees, and buyers in the luxury segment.
