Cadre fell to a new 52-week low this week, trading as low as $24.40, after its shares had already slid roughly 50% from their 52-week high of $48.76. The decline comes despite Q2 2026 results that beat expectations, with revenue of $207.13 million against an anticipated $178.29 million and diluted EPS of $0.26 versus $0.22 consensus, and a raised 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $139.00 million-$144.00 million following revenue growth of 32.00 percent year over year. Commentary this week has been mixed, with one analysis framing a short-bias setup targeting 17.6% downside, while another argued a Buy case built on record backlog, disciplined M&A and strong free cash flow despite the 45% share price decline.
CDRE closed at $25.84, up 5.3% on the day, but remains below both its 50-day average of $29.27 and 200-day average of $33.18, with the 50-day below the 200-day. The GekkoIndex reads 65.1, placing the stock in the Accumulation zone, down 8.4 points over the past five sessions. Price sits 17.6% below Gekko Fair Value of $31.35.
