About Target Hospitality
Target Hospitality provides temporary housing and related hospitality services across North America. It runs a network of lodging communities, around 15,528 beds spread over 27 locations, most of which it owns outright, with one leased and one managed on behalf of others. Alongside accommodation, it handles the surrounding services that keep a workforce community running, including meals and catering, housekeeping, grounds and facility upkeep, security, laundry, recreational programs and concierge support.
The business is organized into four segments: Hospitality & Facilities Services - South, Hospitality & Facilities Services - Midwest, Government, and TCPL Keystone. Its customer base centers on the U.S. government and government contractors, together with companies involved in natural resource development and energy infrastructure, who rely on it to house and support crews at remote or project-based sites.
Target Hospitality traces back to 1978 and is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. Its shares are listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker TH.
