What they said
Post Holdings Q3 FY2026 results came in slightly ahead of expectations, driven by stronger Foodservice performance. The company maintained its FY2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance midpoint while narrowing the range. Post repurchased 4% of outstanding shares in Q3, bringing year-to-date share reduction to approximately 17%. Capital allocation is shifting toward deleveraging due to rising refinancing rates on future debt maturities.
Guidance
Management established a comparable FY2027 adjusted EBITDA base of approximately $1.48 billion after $80 million in comparability adjustments. Preliminary FY2027 outlook targets adjusted EBITDA roughly flat to this base, supported by pricing actions, cost savings, and Foodservice line rate growth, offsetting inflation, volume pressure, and divested business impacts.
