Prosperity Bancshares is the parent company of Prosperity Bank, which provides banking services to individuals and businesses. It takes in customer deposits through checking, savings, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts, and extends loans covering residential and commercial real estate, construction and land development, commercial and industrial financing, agricultural lending, and consumer credit for vehicles, home improvements, and other personal needs. The bank is also known for its wide branch presence across its home region.
Alongside standard deposit and lending activity, the company earns revenue through digital banking channels, trust and wealth management, retail brokerage, mortgage origination, treasury management, and card services. Its branch network reaches customers across numerous Texas metro areas, including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, as well as parts of Oklahoma, where it operates under the LegacyTexas Bank name.
