Its Sponsorship & Advertising arm arranges sponsorship and advertising deals, placing signage, promotions and media content across its venues, events and digital channels, and builds custom branded events for advertisers. As of the end of 2021 its venue count included 165 across North America and 94 in other countries.
The company was incorporated in 2005, was called Live Nation, Inc. until it took its current name in January 2010, and is based in Beverly Hills, California. Its shares are listed on the NYSE under the ticker LYV.
