About Construction Partners

Construction Partners builds and maintains roadway infrastructure across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Its work supports both public and private projects, ranging from highways, roads, and bridges to airports and residential or commercial developments. The company is particularly associated with asphalt paving work tied to these infrastructure projects.

Its operations extend into producing hot mix asphalt, which it uses on its own projects and also sells to outside buyers. Beyond paving, the company handles site development tasks such as installing utility and drainage systems, and it mines materials like sand, gravel, and crushed stone that feed into its asphalt production. It also supplies liquid asphalt cement, both for its own use and for sale to third parties involved in asphalt manufacturing.

The company is headquartered in Dothan, Alabama, and traces its incorporation back to 2007, having previously operated under the name SunTx CPI Growth Company before adopting its current name in 2017. Its shares are listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker ROAD.
