Beyond beverages and convenience retail, the company runs a pharmacy division under brands including Cruz Verde, Fybeca, SanaSana, YZA, La Moderna, and Farmacon, serving customers in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico. It also produces refrigeration units, chillers, plastic containers, and food processing and weighing equipment, and provides logistics, transportation, and maintenance services, along with point-of-sale refrigeration, plastic solutions, and a distribution network for cleaning supplies and other consumables.
