Oil-Dri reported record fiscal 2026 results this week, with full-year net sales reaching $493.8 million, up 2%, and net income rising to a record $57 million. Fourth-quarter net sales climbed 3% to $129.3 million, also a company record, with EPS of $1.00, as growth in retail and business-to-business segments offset higher transportation costs and pressure on gross margins. Despite these records, shares declined following the release, with one report noting a 2.1% drop and another a 4.7% intraday fall to $80.43, as rising freight costs and valuation concerns, including a cited 22.8x P/E, weighed on sentiment.
