Perrigo shares have been climbing on speculation and valuation chatter rather than company-specific operating news. Reports cited by Betaville suggest Perrigo may have attracted takeover interest, with speculation naming CVC Capital as a possible buyer looking to merge it with Cooper Consumer Health. Perrigo closed at $15.45, up 2.6%, sitting above both its 50-day average of $13.89 and 200-day average of $12.33, with the 50-day above the 200-day. The GekkoIndex reads 51.9, placing it in the Neutral zone, down 4.3 points over five sessions. Against a Gekko Fair Value of $25.48, the current price sits 39.4% below that level.
