Ball & Racquet Sports produces equipment, activewear and accessories under Wilson, DeMarini, Louisville Slugger, EvoShield and ATEC, spanning sports such as tennis, baseball, football, basketball and golf. Products reach customers through the company's own stores, sporting goods retailers, specialty and partner shops, distributors, and online through its own and third-party e-commerce sites.
The company was established in 1950 and is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. It was formerly named Amer Sports Management Holding (Cayman) Limited before adopting its current name in August 2023. Its shares are listed on the NYSE under the ticker AS.
