What they said
Integra reported Q2 2026 revenue of $419 million (0.8% reported, 0.7% organic) and adjusted EPS of $0.56, a 24% increase vs. prior year and above the high end of guidance driven by operational execution and tariff favorability. Gross margin improved to 61.3% and adjusted EBITDA margin to 18.7%; operating cash flow was $22.8 million and capex $12.3 million. Management reaffirmed full-year organic revenue growth guidance and adjusted EPS guidance, updated reported revenue guidance for FX, and noted they are right-sizing tariff assumptions and expect about $0.10 of tariff exposure for the year. Key strategic items: improved supply reliability, continued recovery of PriMatrix, planned phased SurgiMend relaunch in Q4 2026 (not assumed materially in 2026 guidance; management expects roughly 50% of historical legacy contribution over multiple quarters), DuraSorb PMA on a longer timeline, and MediHoney targeted to return in 2027. Management reiterated $25–30 million of 2026 transformation savings (with an incremental $10–15 million annualized benefit in 2027) and expects remediation and transformation costs to decline. Leadership changes in commercial organization aim to drive enterprise contracting and cross-divisional sales. Risks discussed include ENT reimbursement pressures, competitive dynamics in wound reconstruction (Micromatrix powder entrants), tariff and FX variability, higher interest expense from a planned refinancing, and regulatory timing/inspections tied to PMAs and warning-letter remediation.
Guidance
Reaffirmed full-year organic revenue growth outlook of 0.8% to 3.3% and reaffirmed adjusted EPS guidance (unchanged). Updated reported revenue range to reflect foreign exchange. Company expects roughly $0.10 of tariff exposure for 2026 (tariff assumptions right-sized); did not assume meaningful SurgiMend or MediHoney contribution in 2026. Q3 expected to be roughly flat vs Q2, with a Q4 step-up of about $25 million. Transformation savings of $25–30 million in 2026 (with $10–15 million annualized in 2027). No 2027 financial guidance provided on the call.
Risks flagged
Regulatory and timing risk related to FDA pre-approval inspections and warning-letter remediation; reimbursement pressure in ENT (sinus balloon reimbursement headwinds); competitive pressure in wound reconstruction (new powder entrants affecting MicroMatrix); tariff exposure and foreign exchange variability; increased interest expense due to planned refinancing; supply reliability still improving but remains a factor; execution risk on product relaunches (SurgiMend, PriMatrix, MediHoney) and realization of transformation savings.
